RUSSIAN ROULETTE

If falling asleep in bed with a lighted cigarette while high on drugs or alcohol is a careless act, consider the stupidity of playing Russian roulette.  In this deadly game, a person places a partially loaded revolver against his head and pulls the trigger.  Depending upon the weapon, a player has a one-in-five or one-in-six chance of shooting himself.

This sort of reckless behavior is often linked to drinking or taking drugs.  A person, when high, is not in possession of his normal mental faculties.  He may do things he otherwise would never do.  Whether high or not, anyone who puts a gun to his head is fulfilling a death wish.

This man and a friend were smoking marijuana and decided to play Russian roulette.  The revolver fired the first time the trigger was pulled. The revolver can be seen on the couch next to the body.
